Since each candle is handmade, please allow up to 1 week after your purchase before your product is shipped.
At this time we are not accepting refunds or exchanges.
Please send us an email if you receive your product damaged.
Please provide photos in your message within 72 hours of delivery, and we will replace any damaged items.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. This is subject to change.
Orders are usually processed between 1-7 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 1-7 business days after processing (total arrival time between 2-14 days). If there are any problems or concerns with your order regarding shipping, tracking, or processing, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, exchanges are accepted on all unused, new products in original packaging within 30 days from purchase.
cassiethenova, LLC does not cover return shipping costs or services.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit when making an exchange. We highly encourage you to make sure your packages include tracking and/or insurance.
