Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP MONDAYS - WEDNESDAYS.

Since each candle is handmade, please allow up to 2 weeks after your purchase before your product is shipped. At this time we are not accepting refunds or exchanges. Please send us an email if you receive your product damaged.

Please provide photos in your message within 72 hours of delivery, and we will replace any damaged items.  

USPS Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. This is subject to change. 

 

Orders are usually processed between 1-7 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 1-7 business days after processing (total arrival time between 2-14 days).
